The Ministry invites researchers, academics, policymakers, practitioners, students, development partners and industry professionals to submit abstracts for consideration.
The National Security Research and Evaluation Conference seeks to support a data-driven culture for evidence-based decision-making and policy development in the public service.
The conference aims to strengthen transparency, accountability and efficiency while encouraging research that can inform policy, improve practice, strengthen institutions and contribute to sustainable development.
Abstract Submission Deadline
November 20, 2026Submissions are encouraged across the following national security research areas.
Abstracts must be submitted only through the official MNSP Research Conference submission portal.
Abstracts should be 200–300 words and include title, background, objectives, methodology, findings, relevance, conclusion and keywords.
Accepted file types include PDF, DOC and DOCX. Supporting documents may also be uploaded where applicable.
An acknowledgment email will be sent to the corresponding author after successful submission.
Outstanding submissions may be considered for recognition in the following categories.
For researchers 35 years and younger.
Recognizing originality and fresh contribution.
For excellent visual research communication.
Recognizing youth research excellence.
There is no fee for abstract submission or processing.
