The National Security Research and Evaluation Conference seeks to support a data-driven culture for evidence-based decision-making and policy development in the public service.

The conference aims to strengthen transparency, accountability and efficiency while encouraging research that can inform policy, improve practice, strengthen institutions and contribute to sustainable development.

Submission Guidelines

Abstracts must be submitted only through the official MNSP Research Conference submission portal.

Prepare Your Abstract

Abstracts should be 200–300 words and include title, background, objectives, methodology, findings, relevance, conclusion and keywords.

Upload Documents

Accepted file types include PDF, DOC and DOCX. Supporting documents may also be uploaded where applicable.

Receive Confirmation

An acknowledgment email will be sent to the corresponding author after successful submission.

Review Criteria

  • Relevance to the conference theme and objectives
  • Originality and innovation
  • Scientific and methodological rigor
  • Practical implications and policy relevance
  • Quality of data analysis and interpretation
  • Clarity of presentation and contribution to knowledge

Award Categories

Outstanding submissions may be considered for recognition in the following categories.

For researchers 35 years and younger.

Most Innovative Research

Recognizing originality and fresh contribution.

Best Poster Presentation

For excellent visual research communication.

Recognizing youth research excellence.
